Warm your cup or pot — night deserves its own enchantment.
Measure 1 heaped teaspoon per cup into the pot.
Pour in water cooled to 70–80 °C.
Steep 1–4 minutes — one for a whisper of sweetness, four for a fuller embrace.
Strain. Best enjoyed without milk, to let its delicate character shine.
