We want your High Tea with Harriet order to arrive quickly and safely.

Most orders are shipped with Australia Post.

For larger or high-value parcels, we may use one of our trusted premium courier partners — such as DHL, FedEx, or TNT — to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Dispatch times

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm AWST on business days.*
  • Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

*Same-day dispatch may not apply during peak sale events and holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed 1–3 business days.

For larger or high-value orders, we may ship with our trusted premium courier partners, who also deliver within the 1–4 business day express timeframe.

International shipping

  • We currently ship internationally by request only.
  • Please contact us with your cart details for a personalised shipping quote.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs inspections outside our control.

Domestic Delivery

  • If you are not home, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location (Authority to Leave) or take it to your local post office for collection.
  • Once Australia Post records a parcel as delivered (including ATL), the order is generally considered complete.
  • However, if your parcel cannot be located, please let us know. We will work with Australia Post to investigate, and if it is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For larger or high-value orders shipped via our trusted premium courier partners, deliveries generally require a signature on delivery. This helps ensure added security and peace of mind for these shipments.
  • Title and risk pass to you upon delivery, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Delays & lost parcels

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • If your order appears delayed, you can check tracking directly with Australia Post.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days past the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation.
  • Review Australia Post's lost & late items guidance for recommended next steps while we investigate.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued once Australia Post confirms the parcel is officially lost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
