Which size shall it be?

Directions to Please

Warm your cup or pot—after all, it is a celebration.
Measure 1 teaspoon per cup and 1 for the pot.
Pour in water just off the boil.
Steep 3–5 minutes—three for a lighthearted treat, five for indulgence that lingers.
Strain. Best enjoyed black to let the fruit sing, or with milk for a creamy ribbon of chocolate.
Sweeten with sugar or honey if you fancy a little extra decadence.
