Directions to Please

Warm your cup or pot — beginnings deserve ceremony.
Measure 1 teaspoon per cup into the pot.
Pour in water just off the boil.
Steep 3–5 minutes — three for a brisk clarity, five for a fuller, maltier depth.
Strain. Enjoy black for bold assurance, or with a splash of milk for a traditional finish.
