Which size shall it be?

Directions to Please

Warm your cup or pot - a quiet ritual worth the moment.
Measure 1 teaspoon per cup into the pot.
Pour in water heated to near boiling.
Steep 2-3 minutes - two for a lighter cup, three for a fuller, rounder flavour.
Strain. Best enjoyed clear, to let its gentle sweetness shine.
